A family trade, and something of my own
I'm Tommy Ayres. My family has been in the double glazing industry for over 40 years, and I started Ketos Glazing to carry that on and to build something of my own.
I love this industry and the people in it. Most of all I like giving people a great service and a product they're properly pleased with: fitted well, by people who turn up when they say they will and leave the house tidy.
When you get in touch, you deal with me or my team from the first visit to the day we finish. A designer comes to see you, not a salesperson, and there's no call centre.

Most of our work is for housing associations and the main contractors who run their programmes, including around 400 occupied homes in Lewisham. They buy windows all the time, and they check a firm's finances, insurance, health and safety record, quality and track record before they sign. Every home we fit for them is checked and signed off.
