Windows and doors in Lewisham
We're in the borough most weeks, fitting windows on a 400-home housing programme and for homeowners.
Our work in Lewisham
Most of our work this year has been in Lewisham. We're replacing windows in around 400 occupied homes across the borough for a housing programme, house by house, with the residents living in them. The photos below are from those jobs, taken on the day.
We fit windows and doors for homeowners here too: Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Hither Green, Brockley, Ladywell and Catford, and the 1930s houses further south towards Downham and Bellingham.
Before you order
Parts of the borough are conservation areas, and some streets have extra planning controls on front windows and doors. If your house is in one, we'll check what's allowed before anything is ordered.
If you own a flat, the freeholder or managing agent usually needs to agree to new windows first.
