Who we are
This website is operated by Ketos Glazing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (no. 17274011) with its registered office at 81 Chase Cross Road, Romford, RM5 3PL. The information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you give us, typically your name, phone number, email address, property address/postcode and any information about the work you need. We don't collect more than we need to respond to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your details only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey or quote;
- carry out and follow up any work you ask us to do;
- keep records required for your guarantee and FENSA certification.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us and, once you go ahead, the contract between us. We keep certain records because the law requires it (for example tax records and Building Regulations notifications to FENSA).
Marketing emails
If you tick the box to hear from us, or sign up to our mailing list, we'll send you occasional emails with home tips, news and offers (usually a few a year). Our lawful basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email enquiries@ketosglazing.co.uk and we'll take you off straight away. We never send marketing to anyone who hasn't asked for it.
Our mailing list is run by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which stores your name and email address for us and tells us whether our emails are opened, so we can keep them useful. You can see Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to provide our service, for example with our manufacturers/suppliers to fulfil an order, with FENSA when we notify your installation under Building Regulations, with Installsure to register your insurance-backed guarantee, and with service providers that help us run the website and receive your enquiry, our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, our email by Microsoft, and our mailing list (only if you've signed up) by Brevo. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when pages load.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and guarantee obligations, after which it is securely deleted. As a guide: enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months; customer and job records are kept for 6 years after completion (and guarantee records for the length of the guarantee).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at enquiries@ketosglazing.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
