A typical house takes us two days. A front door or a couple of windows is usually done in a day. The windows and doors are made to measure, which takes three to four weeks for most products and four to five weeks for sliding sashes and the Residence Collection, so allow for that between ordering and fitting.

Yes. We're FENSA registered (Reg. 45140), so we register every job and you get a FENSA certificate showing it meets Building Regulations. Keep it with your house paperwork, because a buyer's solicitor will ask for it when you sell.

Ten years, insurance-backed through Installsure. If we ever stopped trading, the insurance still covers you. The details come with your quote.

Not at the moment. You pay a deposit when you order and the balance when the job is finished, and the amounts are set out on your written quote before you agree to anything.

Yes. One of us comes out, measures every opening and talks you through the options. You get a fixed written price afterwards, and if you decide not to go ahead, that's fine.

Yes. We put dust sheets down, take the old windows and doors away with us and clean up before we leave.

uPVC is good value and suits most houses. Aluminium has slimmer frames and bigger glass, which is why people choose it for extensions and bifolds, but it costs more. At the survey we'll tell you honestly which we'd fit on your house.

Usually, yes. Ours are Comp Door, with a solid timber core and a PAS 24 lock, and they don't need painting. A uPVC door costs less and is fine for a back or side door.
