We go through sizes, opening directions, glass and cills, and call you if anything doesn't add up.

Price, specification and lead time, usually within one working day. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Pay and we order
Pay by bank transfer against a proforma, or by card through a secure payment link. Then we order and book in delivery or fitting.

Trade ordering questions
No. It's an order request. We check it and send you a written confirmation with the price, specification and lead time. Nothing goes into production until you approve that confirmation.
Every frame is made to measure, and the price depends on size, system, colour, glass and hardware. Rather than show a guide price that turns out wrong, we price your actual order and send it back, usually within one working day.
Tell us on the order which you've given: exact frame sizes (we make them as stated), structural openings (we take off the fitting tolerance) or approximate sizes (we come and measure). If we're fitting, we measure up ourselves before anything is made.
Everything on the portal is drawn as viewed from outside, like a manufacturer's drawing: the opening lines meet at the hinge side, and dashed lines show a tilt or a fold. Pick a style, choose the opener for each pane, or click a pane on the drawing to change it.
Yes. Choose Front or back door, pick Comp Door as the system, and open the Comp Door designer from the line. Design the door, then paste its reference or share link into the line so we order exactly what you designed.
Most uPVC orders take 3 to 4 weeks from approval. Vertical sliders and the Residence range take 4 to 5 weeks. We confirm the lead time for your order with your price.
Our FENSA registration (no. 45140) covers the windows and doors we fit ourselves. On a supply-only order, whoever fits them needs to self-certify through a competent person scheme or notify building control.
You choose when you send the order: bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or card through a secure payment link that we email with your confirmation.
